Staalwol wordt gebruikt voor het schoonmaken, en of licht schuren van delicate objecten. Staalwol wordt gemaakt door zacht staaldraad af te schrapen om zo flinterdunne draadjes te krijgen. Staalwol wordt behalve voor het poetsen ook gebruikt tegen muizen en ratten (#0 en #00) Het eten van staalwol kan voor een muis of rat fatale gevolgen hebben. (houd staalwol buiten bereik van kinderen en huisdieren) Staalwol kan gebruikt worden in noodsituaties om een vuurtje aan te maken omdat het makkelijk vlam vat van een vonk of 9v batterij zelfs als het nat is. Ons staalwol wordt geleverd in rollen van 105mm breed en een diameter van 55mm en is verkrijgbaar in 4 gradaties. Staalwol #0 Fijn

#0 Staalwol wordt gebruikt voor het schoonmaken van metalen oppervlakken die niet hoogglans hoeven te zijn. Het schoonmaken van geoxideerd aluminium of RVS revolvers gaat perfect met #0 staalwol. Dit soort staalwol wordt ook gebruikt voor het opschuren van koper of messing leidingen voor het solderen. Staalwol #0 heeft een draaddikte van 0.05mm
